    I can't believe I've worked by this place for almost 4 years and never visited this spot until today. This is the best kept secret in Fullerton/Anaheim.

    I ordered the Barbacoa burrito which was by far the best Barbacoa I've ever had.... You won't be disappointed.

    Huge portions, reasonably priced, blows any fake Mexican place away!

    This places seems to get a bad wrap about their service and being ready at 9am in the morning, but my experience here at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon was very pleasant. Only complaint was it was wicked hot inside and no fan or a/c running to cool us off. Thankfully, service was pretty quick despite a line of 5 people ahead of me.

    I ordered a carne asada burrito and a variety of tacos to try out carnitas, cuerito, buche (pork stomach), birria (goat) and borrego (lamb).

    Everything was really good. I should have guessed by the price of each taco ($2.99) but they were huge. You can make 2-3 small tacos from each if you wanted.

    Unlike some places, the carnitas was chopped from a larger piece to order, so no shredding and dryness. Each piece was juicy and delicious. All the others meats were tasty as well, but nothing that stands out like the carnitas. Just tasty.

    The salsa bar was self service which. I love, but the lady behind the counter offered me the larger self service containers (4oz) vs the 1oz containers that are at the bar. Very cool gesture.

    I will be back and will try some of their other offerings.

    This place was recommended to me for the best carnitas around.  The recommendation did not mislead.  The food here is amazing!  The birria is top notch, make sure you as for the consomme.  I took my food to go, but it started to get pretty busy inside.  The staff were all friendly and helpful.

    Just stopped by this carnitas place and its so filthy but gave them the benefit of the doubt so we ordered 1 1/2lbs of carnitas (about $15wkrth) we came home n come to find out our food has flies in it!!!! Filthy ass place! Not just that but the lady that was cutting the meat was super rude she was super rude at another customer! Ugh just gross ass place dont come here unless you want to get sick from your stomach!!

    1st time at this place  dirty the carnitas no taste at all ... agua de horchata spoiled .... people don't believe in the good reviews just go and check the place as soonest you go in you all see how dirty looks .... sorry carnitas uruapan but you guys need to work on your place more and more
